Scorpions became a growing problem in Phoenix in recent years. With Arizona's dry climate, cool nights, and plentiful food sources, many Phoenix residents are experiencing increasing problems with scorpions. Often found living in large groups, bark scorpions can take over property or neighborhood in no time, and although their stings aren't usually fatal, they're painful and do require a visit to the ER. If you've got a scorpion problem, contact the experts at Agro Pest Control.
At Agro Pest Control, our scorpion control may be a three-pronged process that takes place during one service visit. Because scorpions are nocturnal and easier to identify through the utilization of a black light, this service, called our Black Light Service, is performed in the dark.

At the initial stage of this process, our service technicians will come to your home after dark to seek for scorpions on your property. After ensuring that each one of the lights around your house is turned off, we'll use black lights to locate any scorpions on your property; scorpions glow under the sunshine and are often in clusters, making it easy to identify them. If any scorpions are found during this service, we'll collect and take away them from your yard.
After the initial step is done, we'll return to your house to treat your property for scorpions. During this visit, one of our professionals will apply an exterior barrier treatment that extends six feet out from the inspiration and everyone around the perimeter of your home. We'll then treat any cracks and crevices around the exterior foundation and may also provide an indoor treatment at this point, if necessary. Once this treatment is complete, we'll do another sweep with the black light to get rid of any remaining scorpions that evaded capture from your property.
To become eligible for our Scorpion control guarantee, a home pest control plan is required which covers scorpion. For more information, please contact us.

Scorpions can climb walls and sometimes neutralize an effort to take in the warmth that the walls have collected during the day. As a part of Agro Pest's scorpion control process, we treat back walls and fences to eliminate the scorpion populations on your property and make these areas off-limits to scorpions within the future.
Yes, scorpions are very dangerous. Their ability to cover makes it easy to return across one unexpectedly, even during a shoe or piece of clothing. Not only that, scorpions deliver excruciating stings and a few species are often deadly. Although bark scorpions, which are common in Phoenix, don't typically produce fatal stings, their venom will cause severe pain. In folks that are highly allergic to their venom, their stings are often fatal.
Being nocturnal creatures, Scorpions spend most of the day hidden away. Even when called at the open, they're small and have a tendency to blend into their surroundings. By hunting them in the dark, Agro Pest Control has two distinct advantages. First, scorpions glow under the black lights we use, making it very easy to seek out them. Second, the scorpions are more likely to be called in the open, making them easier to get rid of.
When my bug spray guy backed out on me, I was in desperate need to find someone to spray my house fast. Rene was available to answer my questions and was quick to come by. Very knowledgeable and thorough, Agro did a great job. The price for services are affordable and definitely lower than the "other" guys. You won't be disappointed!

We have used Agro for years and we recommend Agro to all of our friends! They are fast, friendly, and best of all their services work! We never have a problem with any creepy crawlies in or around the house. If you want those pests gone give Agro a call!
Rene is TOP NOTCH! We have tried multiple pest control companies and Rene is on time, communicates and never has any issues if there needs to be something taken care of mid service. He is RESEPCTFUL and doesn't make me or my children feel uncomfortable when servicing inside our home. We had a major mosquito problem in which he bombed and took care of with no hesitation. Agro is a solid family business that we love supporting! THANKS AGRO!
Just moved into a new home that had a really bad cricket problem. Called Argo to come out and get the problem resolved. Rene was able to get me scheduled quickly and came out the next day. He hit all of the problem spots and even told me that if it is not getting better in two weeks he would even come out again. This is the type of customer service that I am looking for in a pest control service.
Rene with Agro pest control is awesome! We first called him out to deal with a gopher who was ruining our yard, he solved our gopher problem so we were able to have turf put down. We then started having him spray the house, we hardly ever see bugs and if we do he comes right back out to spray again. He texts me to let me know when he will be by to spray, which is nice, and he is friendly and kind! I highly recommend Agro Pest Control! :)
